I started my career in the corporate maze, climbing ladders and smashing glass ceilings. But here's the thing: the higher I climbed, the more disconnected I felt. I wanted to do something that didn't just look good on paper but felt good in the soul. Can you relate?
So in 2016 with 15 years of experience under my belt, I took the leap and started Sophia Williams Coaching. Fast forward to a year later, I won an award that not only validated my work but also led to a surge in client inquiries. hat was my sign, my permission slip from the universe, to finally say goodbye to my corporate job, forever.

I live in a cozy New York apartment with my adorable dog, Max. When I'm not coaching or educating, you'll find me living it up in the city that never sleeps. I'm a bit of a socialite—I love networking, attending events, and meeting like-minded individuals who are as passionate about growth and success as I am.
But it's not all hustle and bustle. I also cherish my downtime, exploring the hidden gems of New York with Max by my side. Whether it's a quiet morning walk in Central Park or discovering a new café tucked away in a cobblestone street, these moments of tranquility balance out the high energy of my professional life.
